The best Mac and Cheese recipe, you can add any seafood you like to this recipe. I like to add Shrimp, Crab or imitation crab meat, Surimi and sometimes crawfish. You can also add sausage and more ingredients. I used rotini pasta but feel free to use elbow macaroni, or bowtie pasta.
