This, our fourth generation bench top plastic injection molding machine.

It's built on a purchased drill press mechanism which we modified. This allows savings in materials and machining costs whilst offering a robust desktop injector.

DESPITE WHAT THE VIDEO SAYS, THERE PARTS INDICATED ARE IN FACT, CAST ALUMINIUM, NOT PLASTIC.

It works very well, and I can make one for you. 110V 220V operation.

This desktop plastic injection molding machine gives small business owners and hobbyists access to the world of plastic injection moulding - a world previously reserved for those able to spend many thousands on buying, installing and operating big dangerous plant.

Fishing lure, golf tees, toys, machine components - anything up to 1.2 cubic inches - they're all within your grasp.

Once you move from prototypes to production you'll probably want to move from 3D printing to injection molding. Parts take seconds instead of hours to make, and each one is a carbon copy of the last.

I offer this machine for sale. It has taken me years to get a machine that works well. I'm not going to be sending anyone plans or explaining details on how it is constructed or helping you to build your own or start up in competition to me.

I would have thought that was obvious but the number of enquiries asking me to give away my income suggests otherwise.

So please don't write asking me to help you put me out of business!
