graphics settings:
-1920x1080
+Antyaliasing
+sharpen

everything off to 0 except
-max tree meshes :100
-tree quality: 50
-object quality: 50

if you do not have the appropriate processor and graphics card this method may not help.
it only helps with the 8gb ram problem on the right hardware.
