Why I left the church of Christ

In this video I discuss why I left the church of Christ.
In brief, I was raised in this church but knew at a young age that it taught a false gospel which didn't align with Scripture.
This church also teaches that they are the one true church and that one must be a part of their church, the Lord's church, and follow their "plan of salvation" or there's no hope of eternal life.
During this video, we hear a 2 1/2 minute clip of a church of Christ preacher teaching that salvation is only found in their church while condemning members of any other church as being unsaved and hell-bound.
After the clip, a brief discussion concludes the video.
Run from these counterfeit churches which teach that a lifetime of religious deeds and works of obedience are necessary for salvation.
If a church teaches that Jesus is necessary but not sufficient for salvation, they are LYING TO YOU.
We receive the forgiveness of sins and life eternal through faith in the finished, redemptive work of Jesus Christ.
He died for our sins and overcame death for us through His resurrection.
We are spiritually reborn and baptized into the body of Christ after hearing and believing this gospel of truth.
