Who Likes Strawberry Rhubarb Pie? Let’s Bake! June 2, 2020

Hi everyone. My future son-in-law loves strawberry rhubarb pie so since I grow it in my yard I decided to make one for him and take you along with me! I hope you enjoy 😋😋😋

Recipe
4 cups chopped fresh raw rhubarb
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/4 cup corn starch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust. Top with top crust and put two slits in top. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425° for 15 minutes then lower temperature to 375° and bake an additional 50 to 60 minutes. Enjoy 😉
