AI MESH GENERATOR FAIL: can't complete the tutorial because of failed meshes

I was supposed to make a sponsored video using HITEM 3D Mesh Gen platform, but the results were so bad, I had to abruptly stop my tutorial and make an honest video.
My goals for this video were to design a silver celtic cross and finish it for 3D printing in BLENDER using HITEM 3D to create the mesh, then make the render in silver... Then I wanted to make an animal, maybe a panther pavé with diamonds in white gold, and then I had a yellow gold Spartan Helmet design with black diamonds and rubies in mind... Well, too bad, I won't get paid by this "sponsor"!

Shame on them, the platform delivers broken meshes over and over again, avoid waisting your time and money on false promises. Also the generator is slow and takes around 20 minutes to deliver useless deformed meshes, thank you!
I even posted a couple of comments on their discord channel and got no proper answers to my concerns, wonder why...
