I Showed Up to a BBQ Competition With FROZEN RIBS… (Still Took RGC)

Pulled into an Easter weekend cook-off and realized real quick… my ribs were STILL FROZEN Friday night 😳

Not exactly how you want to start a competition.

But that’s barbecue. You adjust, you grind, and you figure it out.

Ended up walking:
• 🥈 2nd Place Ribs
• 🥈 2nd Place Chicken
• 🔟 10th Place Brisket

Good enough for Reserve Grand Champion.
