This video is a little different this year.
I feel it is important that we share our stories and make it normal to talk about this topic!

Youtube has given a perfect example of the stigma around this topic by disabling monetization to this video because it is not "suitable" for most audiences , but you are still able to share this video to spread awareness. Feel free to share as much as you want!

For those who are struggling right now, I hope this helped remind you that you are definitely not alone and that more people understand than you might think.

For those who watched this and are having a hard time understanding the whole thing, start by doing your research. People don't just make this up, help yourself and others by taking the initiative to TRY to understand. You never know when a family member or someone close to your heart might be going through this.
