Never did I think this song would make good for a Rayne video, but iiyamuzai has proven me wrong! After listening to it like a hundred times and reading the lyrics through I realized it is a GREAT Rayne song. So thank you, iiyamuzai!

Anyway, the concept of the video is that River is seen as a creature in Jayne's eyes. When they are on Firefly, Jayne thinks she's crazy, but not terribly dangerous. Then when she does certain things he recalls her stunt in the Maidenhead. He realizes that although she is a creature, she is the only one he can go to for comfort because he is like a creature himself.

The purple tint expresses Jayne's calmer feelings toward River. The red glow (mostly on River's fighting scenes) is when he thinks of her as a creature.
