Seitan (vital wheat Gluten)

Hi guys so ive done a video on how i make seitan otherwise known as vital wheat gluten. Remember when this is ready it is a base for your main recipes.
You can taste it when its done but it wont taste of much. Use it as you would chicken or meat by adding your favourite marinade or putting in a stir fry.
