The Airbus A340-600 Experience | Lufthansa Economy Class | Beijing - Frankfurt

Hi guys, this flight review video is about my recent flight from Beijing to Frankfurt on Lufthansa's Airbus A340-600 in economy class , this flight departed at 11:20 (PEK time) and arrived at 14:20 (FRA time)

This my first time on the A340-600 and I was very excited to fly it, as it is one of my favourite planes and unfortunately it's is getting much harder to fly on one nowadays as airlines are switching to planes that consume less fuel like the 787 and the A350.

This flight was excellent, this was my first day flight on Lufthansa and my first Lufthansa long haul flight that's not operated by the A380. The 2-4-2 seat configuration of this plane is my favourite on the market as it's the most comfortable for long haul travel, I was also happy with the IFE system Lufthansa has installed on these planes. It's fast, responsive and has a lot of content.

The flight attendants on this flight also did a great job, they showed to the passengers that they enjoyed their job and their smiles were genuine.
The catering on this flight was good (for Lufthansa standards), catering on Lufthansa flights outside of Germany tends to be better than Lufthansa's own catering in Frankfurt or Munich.
