The Future Of Dubai Real Estate!? Dubai South!?

Dubai South has been labeled "The Emirates Flagship Urban Project." Would you agree?

It may not be an area that you have put much consideration into, however, in this video I will be going deep into Dubai South and hopefully explain exactly what it will bring to the city.

Here are a few key points that really highlight the scale of this place...

1) The Al Maktoum international airport has been designed to accommodate 220,000,000 passengers per year. To put this into perspective the current worlds busiest airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) with only 104,000,000 passengers per year. This will make Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) the largest and by far the busiest airport in the world!

2) Dubai South is projected to sustain a population of 1,000,000 people. That's more than 1/3rd of the city's current population.

3) It is expected that 500,000 new jobs will be created within the Dubai South mega project.

I am also looking at Emaar South in more detail as I was down at their sales pavilion last week for the Saffron Townhouse project briefing.

3 Bedroom Townhouses will be available from just over 1.4m dh and 4 bedrooms from just over 1.8m dh.
