Bell Gardens Police Arrest Man Who Was Fleeing From Them!!

On July 19th 2017 I was at the park with a friend when all of a sudden we about 3 cop cars blaze down the street. Unaware of what was going on we then see a man running towards us and then running towards the street. Eventually he was placed under arrest by Bell Gardens Police. I was only able to get the ending as it all happend so fast.
