Purchased a used Kershaw Ballast Regulator- what have I done?

I've done it again, I purchased a Kershaw Ballast Regulator, Model 46-2. Metro North in NY modified it to use as a 'locomotive' to move carts full of ties and rail. Normally it would have a broom and front and side plows.

Metro North was nice enough to lift it with their crane and load it on my trailer, made things super easy.

Unloading it however, may prove difficult...
