Dip Switch problems with RGB lights and Chauvet DJ Obey 3

Chauvet DJ Obey 3 and Par Cans don't work together. I couldn't figure out the issue with the dip switches. I made a phone call to Chauvet and they helped straighten me out. In short, these lights are a 4 channel fixture. The control board is only a 3 channel.

According to the guys a Chauvet, they did not recommend the Obey 4.
