So you are likely confused and if you aren't then congratulations for standing out from the pack! This game is called Deltatraveler and it is both an Undertale Fangame and a Deltarune Fangame. Set after the events of Deltarune Chapter 2 the cast of Deltarune go through different worlds trying to find their ways back home. This game not only has multiple routes but it is also a crossover game with Earthbound and one of my favorite Undertale AUs which is Underfell!
