How do you police Starmer's social media ban?

Children under the age of 16 will be banned from social media in a "big moment for our country", Sir Keir Starmer has said.

The Prime Minister announced the new measure in a Downing Street press conference as he warned social media was having an impact on children’s happiness and mental health.

He said he was confident the ban can be effective but acknowledged some children would find their way around it. The ban is expected to come into force by early next year.

Conservative Education Secretary Gillian Keegan and HuffPost's political editor Kevin Schofield join
Susanna and Ed in the studio to discuss.
