Hamas to Hand Over Remains, an Immigration Pause, and Search for Missing Flight Resumes #shorts

Hamas on Wednesday said it would hand over the remains of a hostage as Israel said it will start letting Palestinians leave Gaza through the long-closed Rafah border crossing, signs the U.S.-backed ceasefire is holding. The first phase of the plan is supposed to wind down with the return of remaining hostages.

The Trump administration is pausing immigration applications from 19 countries as part of sweeping changes after the shooting of two National Guard troops in Washington DC. The pause puts a hold on immigration-related decisions from countries described as high-risk.

And Malaysia's transport ministry has announced that a private firm will resume the search for a flight that vanished more than a decade ago. Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 disappeared on March 8, 2014, with 239 people on board. It is considered one of history’s most mysterious airline disasters.
