Ratnik 6b45 Assembly

The 6b45 plate carrier is part of Russia's Ratnik program and features a quick release mechanism for removal in emergencies. We'll be going over the use of, and assembly of the quick release pull cord. We will be doing a full review of both this and a 6b46 plate carrier at a later date.
