Ulundhu puttu / urad dal puttu 💪💪

Ingredients:
Urad dal 1 cup
Raw rice 1/4 cup
Coconut grated
Jaggery powder
Cardamom powder
Cashew
Raisen
Ghee

👉 Wash  urad dal and rice separately.
👉 Sundry for 2 to 3 hours.
👉 Heat a pan dry roast urad dal on low flame until turns aromatic.
👉 Then add rice and roast forfew minutes, allow to cool down and geind coarsely and store it in air tight container.

👉 Add ground puttu powder as needed, sprinkle some water and mix until it became crumble.
👉 Rest for about 10 minutes, make sure there should not be any lumps.
👉 Steam for 10 minutes on medium flame.
👉 Add grated coconut, jaggery powder, cardamom powder, fried cashews and raisins of your taste.
