Ford announces province-wide lockdown in Ontario, says it's a 'one-time' COVID-19 measure

Ontario Premier Doug Ford has announced a province-wide lockdown that will start on Dec. 26.

Ford also discusses the COVID-19 situation in the province and says the Ontario lockdown is a "temporary but one-time measure."
