ETSY SUCKS. My Shop Has Been Closed For Now, But They'll Get Back To Me...

I've been on Etsy since 2004 when I started my first shop. I've had my current shop since 2013. That's almost 20 years of selling on their platform so you'd think I would have gained some trust and credibility in that time so they'd at least inform me directly about what's going on. I think I deserve that. Even if this is resolved easily, it's a matter of principles. Etsy Sucks.
