A Different Viewpoint for Shoulder Stability

Reached out a couple of times to the Punch Doctor. Recently, I'd visited his channel to rewatch a video from some 9 years ago -- at that time, I saw he'd begun posting again. In complete transparency, I'd been searching for his old video as an example of what not to do, so I was excited to see him publish with a title that I'm particularly passionate about. His approach to that topic turned out to be a focus on aspects rather different from those I emphasize, at least for beginners, although we're not entirely without common ground.
