Danny Boome take us to chef Alison’s Bon-me restaurant in Boston, where she teaches us how to make her Japanese buckwheat noodle salad. You simply combine the nutty flavor of buckwheat with fresh vegetables like onion, salad greens, beans, carrots and daikon. Put some tofu on top to get your protein fix, and garnish it with miso-lime dressing for a mellow tang. Allergic to gluten? Go for rice noodles.
