Charlie Hunnam had an insane body transformation for Guy Ritchie’s ‘King Arthur’, where he did mainly bodyweight calisthenics exercises for his workouts.

Charlie Hunnam did 1,000 push ups, 100 pull ups, 300 dips and 1,000 squats every day to add 20 lbs of muscle!

Along with his bodyweight exercises, he can be seen on set doing barbell movements such as the bench press and deadlift. He also aimed to throw 1,000 punches a day in his combat and boxing training along with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
