DIY Vanity Using Dollar Tree & Walmart Goods

Hey, all! Thanks for watching! In this video, I will be using supplies I picked up at The Dollar Tree & Walmart for $1 or less to create this lovely DIY Vanity that will also double as a makeup storage. I decided to keep my crates light pink because I loved the color, but feel free to paint yours whatever color you’d like. *TIP: if your crates are a dark color and you want to paint them a light color, spray paint them first with 1 coat of metallic silver and it will save on the coats you would need to do with your lighter color.

Here are the supplies you will need to create this yourself:
*10 stackable Sterilite Mini Crates from Walmart $0.97/each (Size: 9"L x 7-7/8"W x 6-1/8"H)
*3 boards of foam core from Dollar Tree
*A few stackable clamps from Dollar Tree (I ended up using books instead to help weigh down the glue)
*e6000 glue (I already had this on hand, but it is available at both Dollar Tree & Walmart)
*Contact paper (I had mine from Lowes for 2 years now) but you can find some really pretty ones at Dollar Tree
*Measuring tape or ruler (can find both at The Dollar Tree)
* Your choice of spray paint (you can get this at walmart, the dollar store I think or Michael's or Hobby Lobby with a 40% off coupon)
*Box cutter or exacto knife (I already had this on hand at home)
*Random books to help adhere the glue
* Some sort of cutting board or friendly surface for cutting the foam
