A school employee is behind bars. Martin Zaretsky is facing several charges. He's accused of inappropriately touching students. Police say the 50-year-old was an IT worker at Bob Graham Education Center in South Florida.

The first parents in the U.S. to be held criminally responsible in their child's mass shooting at his school were sentenced to at least 10 years in prison. Family members of the 4 victims killed, addressed the court prior to sentencing. CBS News Miami’s Cristain Benavides reports.

Arizona is the latest abortion battleground state, with its Supreme Court reviving today an 1864 law criminalizing almost all abortions. Reproductive rights advocates are pushing to get a measure protecting abortion access on the ballot this November, with the issue central to the upcoming presidential election. CBS News Miami’s Danya Bacchus reports.
