Social Anxiety, its so strange because 40 years back this term was used or it even existed because of a very simple reason that you don't want to go out is a choice that you make. And any choice that you make which does not harm anybody else and it suits your heart. There were shy people you will there were people who talk less, there were people who do not like to gain problems then there were the people who were very happy being alone and pursuing hobbies in which they did not need anything. It was only later that I have seen more and more questions about social anxiety societal care and more films can be used for this. But having said first of all is that everybody in this world cannot be the same there are people who are brilliant or needless there are people who cannot speak to safely there are people who like wow the center of attraction on any party. There are the others who are happy. There are those who can dance at any party at any room. There are those who are born with two left feet and are happy just enjoyments. So whoever thinks that they have a societal fear as long as you're not afraid that the society is going to do is after your life and we're going to kill you but you don't want to work in the society, please accept yourself. Please collect yourself be it's okay. It's a choice that you make as good as I'm wearing a white you want to wear a red we are different but my wearing a white does not make your red wrong or your red does not make my white wrong. Those are choices that you make. That’s the first thing I would like to say for people who are asking me this question, please accept yourself. You are happy alone and you don't need anything. This was the case where you choose being alone or not being in the society as a choice.Please accept yourself. You have a crooked gait, its your feet, You have a crooked nose, you carry your face. You are tall, you are short, you are broad, you are fat, you are dark, you are fat, whoever it is, but inside all of this is a beautiful you who has a sensitivity, is able to understand that the society is going to accept and that sensitivity is blocking you. How can something positive create something different? Make another world of your own in which you are accepted and you'd love it and you will find them as long as you go out and explore the world. You don't sit at home after this fear don't sit at home because of the anxiety. Even if your anxious for it alone walk alone, smell the air, smell the flowers, you will be able to find your niche.
