Thank you for checking out the content. Today, I wanted to share a Tonkatsu spot called Hasegawa. In 2024, Hasegawa was listed as one of the restaurants with a Bib Gourmand; however, when I checked in 2025, they no longer had the Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide. Don't let that fool you. Hasegawa is a must try when you visit Tokyo, Japan. Their Tonkatsu is sweet, tender, and flavorful, so I recommend you save Hasegawa.
