Plyo In & Out Push Ups- 25 reps, 4 sets. 45 second rest in between each set
Decline Push Ups- 25 reps, 4 sets 30 second rest in between each set
Explosive Push Ups- 12 reps, 4 sets 45-60 second rest in between each set
Wide Push Ups- 25 reps, 4 sets, 45 second rest in between each set
Tricep Push Ups- 20 reps 5 sets 45 second rest in between each set

Beginner -
Diamond Push Ups- 10 reps, 3 sets, 45 second rest in between each set
Plyo In & Out Push Ups- 15 reps, 4 sets. 1 minute rest in between each set
