Dash 8 Q400 CAT II approach, will plane go-around?

Early morning flight from Belfast city airport to East Midlands, UK.
Flight departed already late from Belfast as minimums were below limits and there was no signs of improvement. Usually early morning flights in winter suffer from heavy dense fog that does not lift in time for the first arrivals of the day. Flight was delayed by about 30 minutes and was launched with minima below limits. Luckily on the way to East Midlands (EMA/EGNX) the ceiling went up to OVC002 and RVR went up to 350meters, good enough to try an approach. Luckily... we made it in just on the deck! One of the worst CAT II approaches I have seen. After landing RVR went down again to 250m-300m, good enough though for launching the flight back to Belfast City airport, as the minimum for this aircraft and airline is 125m with a mandatory Captain take off, F/O limit was 400m at the time. Obviously, LVP were in force in EMA airport. Enjoy!
