Beauty influencer Nikita Dragun has just revealed she’s undergone her fourth nose job, and this time, it’s more complex than ever. Her surgeon, Dr. Donald B. Yoo, posted the transformation online, and Nikita called it “the best decision” in the comments.

In a new TikTok video, Nikita documented her trip to the Beverly Hills clinic, explaining that surgeons actually removed a piece of her rib cartilage to rebuild and reshape the tip of her nose.

It’s a surgical technique used in advanced rhinoplasty to provide stronger structure and long-term stability - but it’s also one of the most invasive. While she was there, Nikita also had laser treatments on her arms to help treat Keratosis Pilaris, a common skin condition that causes tiny bumps.
