GWR 'Prairie & Pannier Tanks' on the Kent & East Sussex Railway 10th & 11th October 2020
A visit to the Kent & East Sussex Railway during the weekend of Saturday 10th & Sunday 11th October 2020.
This weekend visit was to see two Great Western Railway locomotives in action including on-loan visitor Great Western Railway 41XX 'Large Prairie' No.4144(visiting from Didcot Railway Centre) and resident British Railways Western Region 16XX No.1638 over the two days.
On Saturday the 10th, 4144 was roster to hauled the two round trip passinger train services, while on Sunday the 11th, 1638 was hauling the lunch time Wealden Pullman dinning train services.
