UPDATED | Summer Crochet Cover Up Dress

Hey guy’s ... So ever since i posted the summer cover up dress video i have been getting comments that its hard to follow the pattern. So i decided to redo it in a round so maybe it would be easier to follow, plus i added a split type thing and a drawstring.
