Grilled lemongrass chicken bahn mi baguette | pickled carrots and daikon | Asian chicken sandwich

One of my favourite Asian chicken sandwich is inspired by a Vietnamese street food "bahn mi" baguette sandwich. It is healthy with lots of vegetables and herbs. This Asian chicken sandwich can be easily done at home, my home version of a grilled lemongrass chicken bahn mi baguette with pickled carrots and daikon.
