A few weeks later, our team was sent to a leadership seminar. At first, I was reluctant and skeptical. I didn’t believe it would help. But surprisingly, one speaker’s story inspired me. She talked about failure, pressure, and self-doubt. I felt calm listening to her, and for the first time in months, I wasn’t bored or indifferent to the topic. I realized I wasn’t alone in feeling intimidated or insecure. I started opening up more at work and asking for feedback instead of keeping everything to myself. Slowly, I regained my confidence and became more focused. (96 words)
