Bruxism Splint - Part 2 - Vaccuum Forming Dual Laminate

This is the 2nd in a series regarding processing and delivering a dual laminate bruxism splint - ie - a vacuum formed parafunctional splint w/ a soft intaglio surface (inner) and hard cameo (outer) surface to which I can add clear ortho acrylic.
Here, I burnished tin foil to the cast to ensure a clear splint, vs, a yellowish splint w/out the tin foil. It's a bit of work to get the tin foil out, but worth it.
