The rules for this season are as follows:
Pre Season - you need to select the country you are going to play as. You can chose either the UK, Germany, France, or the USA. You’re must stick with this choice for all five weeks! Each week we are essentially bidding for a contract to produce ships for the resurgent Koninklijke Marine (Dutch Navy).

Bonus Points (assessed across the season!)

Cheapskate - The admiral with the most ‘cheapest ship’ awards gets 1 point

Undefeated - any admiral who doesn’t lose any of their ships in all 5 weeks gets 1 point

Untouchable - any admiral who doesn’t get hit by a single torpedo across all 5 weeks gets 1 point

Inviolate - any admiral who manages to achieve the ‘win the battle without critical damage’ condition in all 5 weeks gets 2 points

Spectacular - if you cause an enemy ship to explode and sink (main gun flash fire, ammo detonation etc) you get a point
(note ‘popcorn’ flash fires of secondaries, ammo detonations in secondary armaments etc don’t count, nor can you receive multiple points per ship)

Week 2 Heavy Cruiser
Admirals Choice (1926) vs Spain (1922). 1 CA vs 1 CA, 2 CL
20,000m

Requirements:
Maximum displacement is 12,000 tons
Maximum gun calibre is 8”
Must have very long range
Must be capable of at least 27 knots

Build a ship with an Advanced Radio or RDF system - 1 Point
Sink the enemy CA - 1 point
Win the battle - 1 point
Win the battle without taking any critical damage (as denoted by the red and black icons above your ship) - 1 point
The admiral who wins the battle with the cheapest ship - 1 point
