Kentucky floods: State brought to a standstill after month's worth of rain falls in under 24 hours

More than a month's worth of rain has drenched Kentucky in less than 24 hours, leading to widespread flooding that has killed at least 11 people.

More than 1,000 people have been rescued since the floods started, according to Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear.
