UNH COLSA Forwarder
This new forwarder enhances the learning experience of students enrolled in our forestry programs and provides significant advantages over the former cable skidder.
In addition to the educational experience the new forwarder is providing our students, it is also benefiting our Office of Woodlands and Natural Areas and the 3,800 acres of woodlands they manage. These woodlands are vital to the research of our faculty.
The College of Life Sciences and Agriculture, NH Agricultural Experiment Station, Thompson School of Applied Science and Office of Woodlands and Natural Areas would like to thank the many individual donors to this project. Without your support, this project would not have been successful. We'd also like to thank the Plum Creek Foundation, the Farm Credit Northeast AgEnhancement program, and Milton Caterpillar.
