The DOT Chart 16 can be found in the training section of the PHMSA website, just google DOT Chart 16.

You may obtain a paper copy of the 2020 ERG by contacting your local emergency management coordinator. If this option doesn’t work out for you, there is a state contact list and commercial suppliers list on the PHMSA website on the same page as the ERG link.
