How to Send Automated Birthday Emails with Google Sheet Data (The Easy Way!)

Learn how to send automatic birthday emails in just a few simple steps with our automated birthday email guide.

I used Google Sheets as the contacts database and Lido to send the automated emails. After connecting Google Sheets with Lido, I configured the email template. You can add a photo to the email and add CC and BCC as well.

Before setting up the automated email, I used a formula to check the birthday. It checks the Day and Month from the birthday cell with today’s Day and month.

You will have multiple frequency options to set up the automation. For birthday emails, you need to set the automation daily.
