The crash increases the number of fatal crashes so far this year during the rally to three. Both of the other fatal crashes occurred Saturday. There have been 33 injury accidents this year, compared to 41 at this time last year.
Drug arrests also continue to increase this year with 38 people being arrested on felony drug charges, compared to 22 at this time last year. One hundred and four people have been arrested on misdemeanor drug charges compared to 87 this time last year.
