US Navy Destroyer Stops Yemeni Missile Bound for Israel

On October 19, 2023 while sailing in the Red Sea, the USS Carney (DDG-64) shot down the three missiles and 8 drones launched from Houthi rebel-controlled territory in Yemen. The Pentagon said the missiles were headed north, presumably toward Israel.
