2021 $40K ADU Garage Conversion 428 SQFT E:06 Pre-Conversion Walk-Around

This is a video documenting the current state of my attached garage and main house prior to the garage conversion. Only exterior view since the garage is currently a storage bin that's half-full. Or is it half-empty?

Garage measures 18x25 on the outside perimeter and 17.5 x 24.5 on the inside (unfinished walls). So, the square footage is between 428 and 450 depending on how you measure.

Plans are under review by the city and should be approved by the end of October 2020.
