The Steakhouse @ Circus Circus Las Vegas

This is an old-school steakhouse INSIDE the Circus Circus Hotel & Casino. It is one of the oldest steakhouses in all of Las Vegas. They were out of prime rib on that day, which is what my spouse had wanted...so we ordered bone-in steaks prepared over their special mesquite grill. Anyway, our steaks were served with garlic mashed potato and asparagus. My entree came with a black bean soup, which I gave to my daughter. My spouse had the house salad, and that looked pretty good too. I had coffee with cream at the end of our meal (coffee was really good here, but so was everything else including the gourmet bread). We did not have dessert b/c our steaks were big. My coparent wanted to come here badly. He became addicted to steaks and prime rib, and lately can't get enough of them!!
