Beef Hotpot (easy)

We were going to make Lamb hotpot but i got the wrong bag of meat out of the freezer so.. enjoy this Beef Hotpot recipe.
Ingredients
2 large potatoes
30g butter
500g stewing beef (cubed)
1 onion (cut in chunks)
2 or 3 carrots (cut in chunks)
1 tbsp flour
2 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
500ml stock
