Elegant Italian mid-century credenza or sideboard by Arredamenti Falcieri, Verona, dating to the 1950s. A refined and well-proportioned piece that exemplifies the craftsmanship and restrained decorative language of post-war Italian furniture production. The sideboard is executed in warm-toned timber with beautifully laid geometric veneer detailing across the drawer fronts. The central drawers are distinguished by a subtle carved motif, providing a decorative focal point while maintaining a balanced and understated façade. Original brass handles with gentle curves complement the design and add a refined accent. Raised on slender, tapered legs with brass sabots, the piece maintains a light, elegant profile despite its generous scale. The top is inset, originally designed to accommodate a glass or stone surface, with the fixing apertures still visible—allowing for a new custom top to be added if desired. The interior offers ample storage through a combination of drawers and compartments, making it a highly functional piece suitable for use as a sideboard, credenza, or low cabinet.

Condition: The sideboard has been completely restored by our furniture maker, please note the sideboard is sold without the glass top.
