My friend, Chwn, who runs @faithathon (an account spreading awareness on depression through comics) on Instagram, requested to do a collab with me after seeing my Kokoronashi animation. She would give me the comic she wanted me to animate in advance, and I would send the full animated version to her for her to post on her account. I started work after finishing my exams (you know, the big boi exams, that determine whether you get to go to university), and finished it a few months back.

Did my best to make it look good, but it was a lot of firsts for me. First time animating so many characters in the same shot, first time actually going past the sketch phases on a serious animation, first time working with a storyboard, first time actually trying to apply slow in slow out on an animation. As such, it's not the best ever, but it's better than what I've done so far.

I initially wanted to put a watermark on it since it was my first animation that I'm pretty proud of but Chwn didn't seem to want to so I added a credits section instead.

Learned a lot from working on this, including ways of making a scene look busy while not taking too much attention away from the main character. Also that storyboarding is useful. Also that I shouldn't speed run animation or I'll get burnt out for more time than it's worth.

Chwn posted this earlier than I did, my excuse is that I was preparing the Chinese translation for my crosspost on bilibili. My actual reason was that I was really burnt out and didn't want to touch it again so I ended up swindling my time away by playing video games and writing scripts for original projects.
