This is the part 1b of a multi part series taking you step by step through the process of turning an EVA foam floor mat into realistic Boba/Jango Fett style Mandalorian armor, perfect for Cosplay, Halloween or Fan Films.
In this episode you will start by learning how to size the templates and finish with the basic armor pieces that are the right shape but without the stuff that make it awesome, you’ll have to wait until the next videos for that.

For most of the armor pieces I'd go with their 6mm. foam, but in the video where I use the half inch thick foam floor tiles, I suggest switching to their 10mm. thick foam.
